The new year brings multitude of tv/print ads about dieting.. setting goals to lose weight. We all have good intentions in January ..set plans for weight loss.And what happens? How many of us achieve our goals? How many of us stay committed to our diets?
There was a recent article in the NEW YORK TIMES explaining why creating financial budgets is as ineffective as sticking to a diet.
